Through a decade of serving clients with their family law matter in the private and non-profit sectors I came to the same point of reflection: client’s are better able to represent themselves and communicate their genuine request to the court when they have clarity of what is required of them in the court and they are prepared for court as if they were representing someone they care about. Baring the cost of legal representation, the demand for humanistic regard during the process, and the amount of success I experienced with the client’s I served while working with multiple attorneys I resulted in creating a service that tailored itself to this experience.

The legal process in any type of matter comes with nuances and things specific to the type of case you are handling; therefore, having that expertise and know-how allows for confidence in covering all your basis during the proceedings. This mentorship will guide you through the process and provide the information to your legal process questions.

Legal Document Assistance:

The requirements in preparing legal documents are specific and detailed. Though intended for the court to clearly understand the request and context of your case, the forms can be a lot to deal with especially if you are simultaneously enduring the interpersonal experience of what the case is regarding. The document assistance will be clear and concise to your specific request to the court and detailed context, per your request and with clarity.

Our consultations are remote; therefore, we can schedule a date and time that works best for you without having to travel to an office site.

This 60-minute consultation focuses on helping you manage the expectations of what a legal matter entails through clarity in the requirements, deadlines, and general process.

During this consultation we will also unpack the context of your service request, the capacity to conduct each step of the service request and then arrange the start of service details.

Based on your decision and capacity, we will finalize the details of service and get started.

            I provide Legal Process Mentorship and Legal Document Assistance to clients in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. I have been in the Family Law field a decade and in Trauma-Informed Care since 2019. Through Arise Autonomous I have established a service package to better support my clients during their family law matter with a core focus on regaining their autonomy through providing them with tools, knowledge, and resources while working with me.

            Working with me will be a different experience from traditional legal document assistant services as the main objective is not only centered around the diligence of drafting the documents for your family law matter it also includes the process nuances and know-how of navigating the expectations of family court as well as being able to obtain resources according to your specific needs.
